    The single grand prize winner of 1 Traveler Escape EG-1 electric solid-body travel guitar will be selected at random from all single, complete entries (multiple entries will not count, and will be disqualified) into the giveaway within 15 business days of September 1, 2008. Registrations for entry into the giveaway will continue through 07/31/2008. The grand prize winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 15 business days of selection. Valid phone, email, name and address must be provided in order to qualify as the Grand Prize winner. The grand prize winner will have 10 business days (not including Saturdays, Sundays and any national holidays) to claim the grand prize. If the winner fails to claim the prize in the specified timeframe, another grand prize winner will be randomly selected and the previous selected winner will forfeit any and all claim to the grand prize. This process will continue until a valid winner has been selected and has claimed the grand prize within the specified amount of time. Multiple entries will not be counted (Only one registration per person, and/or one registration per household allowed. Multiple registrations with similar data such as email address, phone number, name or any similar or identical piece of data will be disqualified) and a valid name, address, phone number, email address and all questions must be answered to count as a an eligible registration. Standard shipping in the USA is included in the giveaway, if a non-domestic (not within the 48 contiguous United States) winner is selected, he/she will be responsible for any costs involved in shipping overseas.
